Balanced team performance

A great game for all players. All outfield players got their names on the score sheet, four for the first time.
Will continued his great run of form scoring his first ever goal in a competitive under 12's match. Again the midfield and defence were swapped to allow the newer players to experience and practice their skills, to great effect.
Timperley were a young side and gave a good account of themselves, but they were unable to penetrate the wall we like to call Rhys. Somebody should tell him that any keeper that has a shut out has to buy a round for the team.
Another special mention should go to Mish for his catch on the move, roll of the defender and clinical finish. a sign of great things to come.
